Terms of use

By using Farever Merchant, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Purpose of the service
Farever Merchant is a community, volunteer-run platform that lets Farever players post listings (sale, purchase, trade of in-game items) and get in touch via Discord. Farever Merchant is a mere introduction intermediary: no transaction takes place on the site, and exchanges happen elsewhere (in game / on Discord).
2. No affiliation
Farever Merchant is an independent project, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publisher of Farever. Game-related names, items and trademarks remain the property of their respective holders; they are used for identification purposes only.
3. Account
Access to features requires an account (username + password) linked to a verified Discord account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for actions taken from your account. You must meet the minimum age required to use Discord and the game. One account per person; creating accounts to evade a ban is prohibited.
4. Rules of use
In particular, you must not:
- scam, deceive or attempt to defraud another user;
- post misleading listings, spam or abusive duplicates;
- impersonate a third party or misuse the service;
- use automated means to overload or scrape the service;
- circumvent technical limitations or moderation sanctions.
5. Intermediary role & liability
Farever Merchant does not take part in transactions and does not guarantee their completion, the quality, or the value of items. Exchanges are made entirely at users' own risk. Farever Merchant cannot be held liable for any dispute, scam or harm arising between users. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of availability or freedom from errors.
6. Moderation
To protect the community, Farever Merchant may, at its discretion and without notice, remove a listing, suspend or ban an account in case of breach of these terms, notably following a report. The identifiers of a banned account may be retained to prevent re-registration (see the privacy policy).
7. Reports
You can report a listing you consider abusive via the dedicated button. Abusive or repeated reports without legitimate cause may themselves lead to a sanction.
8. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes to the terms
These terms may change. The applicable version is the one published on this page; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
