Farever Merchant is a community service that connects players, not affiliated with the game's publisher. The data controller can be reached at : contact@farevermerchant.com.

Data processed

Account and identification data (username, Discord ID), and the listings and reviews you publish.

Purposes and legal basis

Providing the service (account management, posting and browsing listings) performance of the service; and preventing fraud within the community legitimate interest.

Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. In the event of a ban for abuse, the identifiers needed to prevent fraudulent re-registration are kept for as long as the ban remains active.

Recipients

Your listings and username are public. No data is sold or transferred. Hosting is provided by our technical providers (Vercel, Supabase).

Cookies

The site only uses strictly necessary or functional cookies: a session cookie (set when you sign in, for authentication) and a cookie that remembers your chosen language. There are no advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party trackers.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data. To exercise them, write to contact@farevermerchant.com from the Discord linked to your account (identity verification). We reply within one month at most. A deletion request may be deferred while a dispute concerns you.

Complaint

You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
